Dara Strickland

Dara Strickland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, education, and law. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at REPOWERED since October 2022, Dara fosters a safe and equitable work environment for approximately 70 employees. Previously, Dara held the role of Senior Physician Recruiter at KPS Physician Staffing, where significant reductions in turnover and the development of best practices in recruitment were achieved. Dara has also contributed to education as a private academic tutor and at Kaplan Test Prep, enhancing adult students' performance in various subjects. Legal experience includes serving as an attorney in both solo and partnership practices, focusing on family, estate planning, and small business law. Educationally, Dara holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of Alabama.
