Catherine Lefranc-Millot is a highly experienced professional in the field of nutrition and health, currently serving as Senior R&D Nutrition and Health Manager at Roquette since September 2005. In this role, Catherine leads exploratory research on novel protein sources and their biological properties, as well as overseeing corporate scientific communications within the nutrition department. Previously, Catherine held the position of Research and Development Manager at INGREDIA group, where leadership included project management and coordination of research efforts on nutritional ingredients. Additional experience encompasses roles in training and journalism within the food industry, as well as veterinary practice early in Catherine's career. Education includes a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from École nationale vétérinaire d'Alfort and a PhD in Enzymatic Engineering and Microbiology from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
