Adrian Tayag

Adrian Tayag currently serves as a Hospital Volunteer at Scripps Memorial Hospital, providing support to the nursing team by triaging patient concerns and enhancing communication efficiency. As a Research Assistant at Sanford Burnham Prebys, Adrian applies cell culture techniques and conducts high-throughput screening assays to aid in the discovery of novel psychiatric treatments. Adrian's earlier experience as a Barista at Ten Ren's Tea Time involved teamwork and leadership in food service preparation and training of new staff. Adrian is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Cognitive & Behavioral Neuroscience and Human Biology at UC San Diego and holds an EMT certification from San Diego Miramar College.
