Your mission: lead sales journey for our clients by partnering with them closely to discuss and understand their needs and showcase the value of ScalePad’s products. You will be supported and trained to learn how our solutions work and demonstrate capabilities. With sharp market insight and a knack for go-to-market strategies, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You are self-starter with a creative edge, you’ll juggle priorities with empathy and serve as ScalePad’s voice to the world, fueling growth and advancing MSP solutions globally.
Responsibilities.
Lead the complete sales process, from initial engagement and strategic consultation with prospects to understanding their unique needs, articulating the value proposition of ScalePad, and ultimately closing deals. Your ability to navigate this cycle efficiently and effectively will be key to our continued success.
Serve as the face of ScalePad to our prospects, acting as a trusted advisor and educating them on the full suite of sales resources available. Demonstrate how our solutions can address their needs now and in the future to support their business growth and client success.
Stay ahead of the curve in the fast-paced world of MSPs by maintaining a deep knowledge base of market behavior and trends. Anticipate partner needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
Utilize exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Listen with empathy and understanding, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for our partners.
Play a crucial role in contributing operationally to the growth and success of our company. Provide insights and feedback to shape strategies, processes, and product offerings, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation in the MSP space.
Actively prospect and seek out new business opportunities to expand our reach and grow our client base. Identify potential partners, engage them strategically, and convert leads into valuable relationships that drive mutual success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software, leveraging insights to optimize outreach strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements, process improvements, and market insights to ensure we remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications.
2+ years of successful SaaS or B2B experience in a business development or sales role where you learned and applied in depth industry product knowledge to consult on the needs of the client.

You can discuss a past demonstrated ability to succeed with a plan which may have included strategies to position and advise on new products or new features within existing products.
You can share a process or methodology you have learned to support your clients experience in evaluating and selecting a service or product based solution.
Metrics-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, conversion tracking, and leveraging CRM systems like Hubspot or SFDC to manage and communicate your potential results and forecast.
Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environments, balancing multiple priorities with precision and empathy.
Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, adept at building rapport with partners, colleagues, and managers.
