The Demand Generation Campaign Manager has strategic, programmatic, and operational responsibilities related to the creation, management, and success measurement of marketing campaigns that generate market demand for ScalePad and its various solutions. This role owns the coordination and execution of approved demand campaigns/programs for an assigned portfolio of solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with the go-to-market strategy, brand, and targeted objectives. The Demand Generation Campaign Manager will work cross-functionally coordinating and connecting resources and managing outside agency and vendor support when needed to ensure the development, execution, and ongoing management of the marketing campaigns. Additionally measuring the short and medium-term success of those campaigns and reporting back to leadership with recommendations on iteration and improvement. This is a 12 month maternity leave contract, with option to extend if needed.
Responsibilities.
Works with marketing leadership and Product Marketing Managers to develop a campaign strategy that supports demand creation objectives for pipeline and revenue for assigned portfolios.
With direction from leadership and PMMs, designs integrated/omni-channel, performance-driven marketing campaigns based on market segments and target audiences for growth.
Partners with product marketing to identify product positioning, target audience requirements, and additional insights related to campaign development. In exchange provides insights into what is and isn’t working to drive future requirements.
Works collaboratively within the marketing team to determine the best mix of inbound and outbound tactics including determining program metrics and how to measure against objectives to gauge success.
Creates, manages, and leads campaign briefs, project plans (Asana), supporting documents, communications, internal/external campaign meetings, and day-to-day external agency/support (if applicable). Runs a weekly/daily project standup if and when required.
Serves as the project manager for assigned campaigns for the duration of their lifecycle ensuring their development, execution, monitoring, and course correction to success. This also includes managing campaign end-of-life, post-mortems, lessons learned, and communicating within the team to knowledge-share and improve processes moving forward.
Engages proactively with Sales and Success teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize campaigns/programs including ensuring that Sales and Success enablement are in place at time of launch (when applicable).
Continuously monitors and provides weekly reports on campaign performance including successes, opportunities, issues, and corrective actions.
Serves as a stakeholder and evangelist for testing and optimization, championing data-driven risk-taking by demand creation marketers.
Assist with planning and design of omni-channel performance-driven programs/campaigns.
Market/Audience identification, segmentation, and targeting.
Strong communication, project management, and time management skills.
Organize and drive people of all levels (titles) to execute a plan driving toward a goal.
Ability to identify risks, problem solve, and course correct quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read, digest, and communicate program/campaign performance concisely with specific attention to MUST KNOWs.
Use data to drive the next action decisions.
Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously.
