The Senior Manager of Campaign and the Project Management Office (PMO) has strategic and operational responsibilities related to the development, coordination and execution of demand campaigns/programs as well as strategic marketing initiatives. In addition to the management of the team leading the planning and execution of demand programs/campaigns, this role will manage some key campaigns/programs and other assigned marketing projects that support the strategic growth of ScalePad. This role works directly with marketing leadership ensuring that campaigns/ programs and projects are effectively resourced, are on course, and achieving objectives as well as ensuring the continued success of the Campaign Managers through guidance, feedback and mentorship.
Responsibilities.
Works with marketing leadership to align the development of campaign and project plans with quarterly/yearly strategic objectives and revenue targets.
Contributes to annual strategic planning sessions, offering insights into campaign ROI, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
Leads, manages and mentors a Campaign Management team responsible for achieving demand creation objectives that drive pipeline and revenue for assigned portfolios, and other ad hoc projects as needed.
Accountable for campaign reviews including quarterly reviews of campaign effectiveness, tying them to pipeline stage volume, velocity and revenue metrics.
Manages in-take/requests for programs/campaigns for other internal stakeholders, ensuring appropriate information is collected, work is assigned and stakeholders are updated/engaged appropriately.
Supervises the overall execution, monitoring, and measurement of demand campaigns and assigned initiatives, including identifying resourcing needs and engaging with internal/external resources to support campaigns/projects as needed.
Works collaboratively and cross-functionally between Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and timing for campaigns.
Coaches to drive best practices for campaign design, execution, project management, team collaboration, and other skills/learnings to continuously improve performance.
Responsible for overall Campaign and PMO reporting, including summary status updates, issues, and corrective actions.
Responsible for planning, design, and execution of personally assigned campaigns/programs or projects ensuring collaborative partnership throughout the campaign/project lifecycle.
Serves as a key stakeholder and evangelist for testing and optimization, championing data-driven risk-taking by demand creation marketers.
Qualifications.
Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams with 3–5 years of people management or leadership experience.
7+ years of experience creating, executing, and leading multi-channel B2B campaigns/programs.
Strong understanding of marketing and business strategies, with success scaling teams, processes, or campaigns in high-growth SaaS environments.
Exceptional project and time management skills with 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, high-stakes projects.
Strong analytical skills, including campaign attribution modeling and KPI expertise.
Experience managing marketing budgets, coordinating resources, and using project management software.
Demonstrated ability to coach vs. direct, with the judgment to determine the appropriate approach.
Self-starter with strong emotional intelligence (EQ), highly organized, collaborative, and customer-focused.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred certifications: PMP, DMA, Pragmatic, Sirius Decisions, or PMA (not required).
