Arnold Mwasisebe

Arnold Mwasisebe is an experienced data analyst and underwriter with a strong background in the insurance and risk management sectors. Currently employed at SHA Risk Specialists since January 2016, Arnold specializes in the development and automation of underwriting tools, portfolio rate change tracking, and enhancing data quality. Previously, Arnold held the position of commercial liability underwriter where responsibilities included risk evaluation, managing a portfolio of new and renewal business, and negotiating policy placements. Prior roles include underwriter at Camargue Underwriting Managers and trainee underwriter at General Reinsurance Africa, along with experience as an insurance broker at Zimbabwe Insurance Brokers Limited. Arnold holds a Certified Actuarial Analyst designation from The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a BCom (Hons) in Insurance and Risk Management from Midlands State University.
