Marcelo Sosa

Marcelo Sosa possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Area Director for Shake Shack since October 2018, following a role as Senior General Manager. Prior to this, Marcelo Sosa held the General Manager position at Shake Shack from April 2017 to April 2018. With a solid background at Red Lobster from May 2009 to April 2017, Marcelo Sosa functioned as General Manager and also held the role of Culinary/Staffing and Training Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Culinary Manager at Little Havana Restaurant from July 2001 to November 2009.
