Jukka Iivonen

Jukka Iivonen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in various industries. Jukka started their career as Managing Director and partner at Oy Artis Ltd. in 1991. Later, they worked at Tieto, where they held several leadership positions, including Vice President, Head of Media Customer Unit, Vice President, Head of Government Services Unit, and Director, Head of Government Customer sub-unit. During their time at Tieto, they were responsible for managing projects and application services for major Finnish media companies and government institutions.

After leaving Tieto, Jukka worked as Vice President Sales and Marketing and managing director (interim) at Cybercom Group, implementing sales processes and introducing incentive systems. Jukka also served as Managing Director of TDC Hosting's Finnish subsidiary, where they renewed offerings and sales strategies. Jukka then joined Kovanen as Director, transportation services and CIO, responsible for managing transportation services and improving efficiency.

In 2018, Jukka became the CEO of Adner Oy, focusing on profitability improvements and employee satisfaction. Jukka led a team that provided financial outsourcing services and related IT systems. After leaving Adner Oy, they worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at Trimico, leading projects involving server transfer, network and server architecture implementation, and GDPR compliance. Most recently, they assumed the role of Group CIO at Administer Oyj before moving to their current position as Chief Information Officer at Silta Oy in 2023.

Jukka Iivonen pursued their education from 1985 to 1992 at the Helsinki School of Economics. Jukka received an M.Sc econ. degree with a main subject in Computer Science and a support subject in accounting. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jukka Iivonen obtained the NOWENA® Leader certification from Adare Oy in August 2014.
