Rachael Gallo

Rachael Gallo has a diverse work experience in the spa and wellness industry. Rachael currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Silver Mirror Facial Bar, which they began in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company from May 2021 to April 2022.

Rachael's previous roles include Spa Director at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, where they were responsible for opening a new location in Orlando, Florida. Their duties included overseeing the hiring process, implementing training programs, and managing day-to-day operations. Rachael was also involved in marketing campaigns and providing services to clients. Rachael joined Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in 2012, and their tenure with the company is ongoing.

Rachael also has experience working at Exhale Spa, where they held various leadership positions. Rachael served as the National Director of Spa Operations from November 2019 to May 2021, overseeing multiple spa locations across the country. Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Mind Body Spa Director and Area Spa Director at Exhale Spa. Rachael also served as the Manager Guest Experience from October 2014 to March 2016.

Earlier in their career, Rachael worked as Spa Director at Central Florida Medical Day Spa. In this role, they directed operations for six medical spa locations and was responsible for various aspects of human resources, including payroll and scheduling. Rachael also created and implemented office procedures and manuals, as well as conducted OSHA training. Their tenure at Central Florida Medical Day Spa lasted from 2008 to 2011.

Rachael Gallo attended the Florida College of Natural Health from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associates of Science degree in Spa Management. In addition to their degree, they also acquired certifications as a Licensed facial Specialist from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in April 2007, and as a Licensed Massage Therapist from the Florida Board of Medicine in September 2002.
