Richard Elekiah

Richard Elekiah has extensive experience in the IT support field, currently serving at Soulco since August 2008 in roles including Desktop Support and security, with certifications at NSE levels 1-3. Responsibilities have included managing IT-related incidents and service requests for all staff while ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery. Richard Elekiah also possesses an ICT degree in Information Technology from the Kenya Institute of Professional Studies, obtained between 2013 and 2014, and has progressed to a Team Lead position within the organization.
