Raghu Chinnannan has a wealth of work experience in various roles. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Accenture as a Software Engineering Analyst. During this time, they were responsible for debugging, bug fixing, and deploying patches for a huge telecom client's CRM product. Raghu later led the CRM team (Switzerland) of 6 people and improved delivery quality and velocity by introducing new processes and automations. From 2018 to 2022, Raghu worked at Squadcast, ProBano, Jaikaal Labs, Ulzi, and Paravali Technologies. At Squadcast, they were a Senior Product Manager and was responsible for translating the MVP to the comprehensive Reliability Management Platform that it is today. Raghu also created the product function within Squadcast and it grew from 0 to 9 people. At ProBano, they were a part-time Chief Technology Officer and helped improve their educational portal, fixed bugs, setup a staging environment, and helped with hiring initial engineers. At Jaikaal Labs, they were a DevOps Lead. At Ulzi, they were a DevOps Consultant and was responsible for the entire DevOps stack running on AWS. At Paravali Technologies, they were the Founder and launched a digital e-commerce store for selling antivirus products. In 2022, they founded Hydrozen.io.
Raghu Chinnannan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sona College of Technology between 2009 and 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Google, freeCodeCamp, and other institutions. These include Google My Business Basics, Google Web Designer Basics, Responsive Web Design Certification, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, and Google AdWords Search Certification, obtained in November 2019, January 2017, April 2018, and November 2019 respectively.
