Gregory Detal

Gregory Detal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in developing high-performance networking solutions. As Co-Founder and CTO of Tessares since March 2015, Gregory has successfully designed and implemented hybrid access products that have enhanced internet experiences for approximately 200,000 users across major European ISPs. In addition, Gregory co-founded Ottie in May 2021, where the focus has been on creating reliable internet connectivity solutions for home workers, overseeing the complete product lifecycle. Prior to these roles, Gregory served as First Spin-off Project Manager at Université catholique de Louvain, focusing on efficient bundling of internet connections, and as a Research Assistant with an emphasis on secure WiFi sharing and Multipath TCP. Gregory holds a PhD in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain.
