Fabian Silva

Fabian Silva is a Front End Developer II at The Directions Group, with experience leading technical development and web design, mentoring team members, and shaping development strategies since June 2022. Prior to this role, Fabian served as a Frontend Developer at General Assembly and completed a Software Engineer Immersive Fellowship, where applications were built using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js. Fabian's earlier experience includes serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist in the US Army from October 2015 to October 2021, overseeing the mental health and well-being of over 500 soldiers, implementing outreach programs, and developing communication training, which enhanced productivity and morale. Education includes training at General Assembly and Ocean County College.
