Vincent Vigil has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Executive Chef at both Sorrel River Ranch Resort and Spa since March 2018 and Warwick Hotel since February 2017. Prior roles include Executive Chef at The Stanley Hotel since February 2015, and Sous Chef positions at The Stanley Hotel and Panzano Restaurant from December 2013 to February 2015. Earlier in the career, positions included Cook 1 at Brown Palace Hotel and 1515 Restaurant from 2009 to 2008. Vincent Vigil completed culinary education at The Art Institutes from 2007 to 2009.
