Michael worked at Movie Gallery, a home entertainment company. During the 24 years, he spent there he held a range of positions, from Customer Service to Director of Purchasing. Whether the 'Customers' were internal or external, Michael was dedicated to customer service and creating a positive outcome for each customer.
