Kwadwo Abankroh Kumi

Kwadwo Abankroh Kumi is currently a Research Assistant at Oklahoma State University, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Kwadwo served as a Teaching Assistant in the Nutrition and Food Science Department at the University of Ghana from September 2020 to 2021. Kwadwo holds a Master of Science in Nutritional Science, specializing in Public Health Nutritional, from Oklahoma State University (expected May 2025) and completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Ghana from 2016 to 2020.
