Ester Marquez Perez

Ester Marquez Perez currently serves as the Program Director for First Generation Initiatives at the University of San Francisco, where responsibilities include assisting first-generation students and overseeing the Muscat Scholars Program. Prior experience includes a role as Resource Specialist at San Joaquin Delta College, focusing on assessing program effectiveness and organizing events such as the Dream Conference. Ester also worked as an Assistant Language Teacher with Interac, helping to facilitate foreign language education in Japanese schools, and served as the MESA Engineering Program Director at the University of the Pacific, acting as a liaison between students, faculty, and employers. Ester holds a Doctor of Education from the University of San Francisco, a Master's degree in International Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from California State University, Stanislaus, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from San Joaquin Delta College.
