Daniel Ocasio

Daniel Ocasio has a long and varied work experience. Daniel most recently served as the Senior Director of Patient Services at Urban Health Plan, where they oversaw various patient care services. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at Ezras Choilim Health Center, where they implemented operational programs and led a capital improvement program. Daniel also held the position of Assistant Vice President of Operations at SSC, Inc., where they managed security service contracts and handled day-to-day operations. Daniel previously worked at New York United Hospital as an Executive Project Manager, overseeing operational aspects and managing grant projects, as well as serving as the Director of Human Resources. Before that, they were the Compliance & Development Manager at New York Beacon, Inc., ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and recommending improvements. Daniel's earliest role was as a Residential Manager at Special Citizens Futures Unlimited.

Daniel Ocasio holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from Pace University. Daniel also has a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Iona University. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained various certifications, including "Basic Principles of Ionizing Radiation," "Radiological and Nuclear Detection Awareness," "Safeguarding Privacy Information," "WMD/Terrorism Awareness for Emergency Responders," "ICS 100 - Introduction to Incident Command System," "ICS 700 - National Incident Management System (NIMS)," and "ICS-200 for Health Care/Hospitals."
