Lacey Allen

Lacey Allen has been serving as the Vice President Human Resources at USHP since October 2023, overseeing the Human Capital function. Prior to this role, Lacey held leadership positions in HR at Oma Robotics, New Directions Behavioral Health (now Lucet), and Healogics, Inc. With a Master of Arts in Communications Studies from Liberty University, Lacey has a strong background in HR, talent management, and learning and development.
