James Willoughby

James Willoughby is an experienced hospitality and operations leader with a robust background in the cruise and resort industries. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager of Customer Operations at Virgin Galactic since January 2022, Willoughby previously held key positions at Disney Cruise Line, including Director of Hotel Operations for Special Projects where James played a pivotal role in the design and construction of new vessels. Other notable roles at Disney include General Manager of Experience Development Integration at Disneyland Resort and Hotel Director at Disney Cruise Line, overseeing extensive operations involving large teams and diverse guest services.
