Michael Binstock

Michael Binstock is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food service and management. As the founder and president of Binstock Soup Company since February 2015, Michael oversees product creation, distribution, and marketing. Michael also serves as the Executive Chef and mashgiach at Westchester Day School since September 2012. Previous roles include Food Service Director at Five Star Catering, deli manager at Riverdale Kosher Market, and deli manager/sous chef at Milk Street Cafe. Michael's foundational experience encompasses management positions at Mendys and Riverdale Kosher Market, fostering skills in employee management, budgeting, and customer service. Michael is an alumnus of Westchester Hebrew High School.
