Karolina Kaczmarek

Karolina Kaczmarek is a skilled professional with diverse experience in customer support, human resources, and sales. Currently serving as a Customer Support Team Lead and previously as a Customer Support Specialist at Wise since July 2021, Karolina has honed leadership abilities by providing training and coaching to team members. Prior to this, Karolina worked as a Human Resources Intern at LeasingTeam Group and held the position of Sales Team Leader at SOS Children's Villages Poland, where exceptional fundraising results were achieved. Karolina's experience also includes operating as a Sales Representative and Student Manager at Southwestern Advantage, in addition to roles as a Receptionist at Calypso Fitness. Karolina holds a Master's degree in International Managerial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Gdansk.
