Andrius Šukėnas

Andrius Šukėnas is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefits for the Europe Region at Yara International since June 2021. In this role, Andrius drives the implementation of global practices across Europe, aligning reward structures with business strategies and managing various initiatives related to talent management. Prior to Yara International, Andrius worked as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant at Korn Ferry, focusing on client projects in compensation and employee engagement. Andrius also held several positions with increasing responsibilities, including International Product Manager at PULL&BEAR, Customer Journey Analyst at Panserve Ltd, and various roles within Korn Ferry and Western Union. Andrius holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilnius University.
