Meghan Schmelzer

Meghan Schmelzer is a seasoned professional in the field of infant and early childhood mental health with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at ZERO TO THREE since October 2020, Meghan also operates as the Founder and Owner of Raising Resilience Consulting. As co-chair of the Chapter Membership Committee on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health since January 2017, Meghan has contributed significantly to the sector. Previous roles include Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health State Coordinator for the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services and Infant Mental Health Clinical Specialist at Genesee Health System. Meghan's earlier career involved forensic interviewing and evaluations consulting, with additional roles in marketing and volunteer coordination. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary's College, complemented by study at Murdoch University in Australia.
