Position: Marketing Manager

Your Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will be the organizational backbone of our marketing team, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing projects.
This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication across teams, managing timelines, and aligning our marketing efforts with business goals. It requires exceptional organization and a well-rounded understanding of marketing fundamentals, including sales funnels, conversions, ad copy, A/B testing, digital paid advertising, and social media.
You will oversee two direct reports—a designer and a marketing coordinator—and leverage tools, including HubSpot for marketing automation and analytics and Asana for project management, to ensure all campaigns are effective, on-brand, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
60% - Collaborate on strategic development and then oversee and manage in-house marketing and client campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
30% - Define, analyze, and present key performance metrics to guide ongoing marketing strategy.
10% - Research and implement best practices to streamline processes and improve project management efficiency.
Stay current with industry trends, identifying and integrating best practices in marketing project management.
Review and refine project management processes regularly to improve team efficiency and output quality.
Collaborate with leadership to assess project impacts and recommend adjustments to support growth goals and team objectives.
Competencies:
Project management & team leadership
Proficient knowledge of standard marketing tools, including Google Analytics & Hubspot
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Solid understanding of paid, email, and social media marketing best practices
Some knowledge of WordPress, MailChimp, HTML/CSS, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and other digital tools
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and return on ad spend (ROA)
Foundational understanding of branding and marketing creative
Compensation:
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 (Please provide salary requirements in the application.)
