Karen Weiner MD, MMM, MA, CPE is a seasoned healthcare leader and consultant with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as a Leadership Advisor at J3P Health, the CEO and Founder of Proprio Consulting, and a Senior Consultant at NuBrick Partners, Karen Weiner specializes in leadership development and strategic insights for healthcare organizations. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer at Optum and long-term leadership roles at Oregon Medical Group, encompassing both CEO and Chief Medical Officer. Karen Weiner holds a Doctor of Medicine from the Keck School of Medicine, as well as master's degrees in Medical Management from USC Marshall School of Business and Organizational Psychology/Change Leadership from Columbia University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
