Ken Oehler

Ken Oehler is a seasoned professional in the field of People Science and organizational performance. Currently serving as Senior Partner and Head of People Science at RADICL since January 2023, Ken leads business strategy, technology product development, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives within an AI work technology platform. Previously, Ken held the role of Senior Director of People Analytics & Workforce Strategy at Meta from September 2020 to September 2022, overseeing various people programs. Ken's extensive career includes leadership positions at Kincentric and Aon, where expertise focused on global culture and engagement, as well as organizational effectiveness. Additional experience at Willis Towers Watson involved leading practices related to M&A, culture optimization, and employee engagement. Ken Oehler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
