Oneview has a vacancy for an experienced, commercial Senior Accountant. The successful candidate will have four plus years PQE and ideally have experience working within the technology sector. Our rapid growth has created many demanding and exciting challenges, and therefore you must be able to work in a fast-paced, international environment and have the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Working closely with the CFO and Commercial Finance Manager, you will be heavily involved in the monthly financial operations of the business:
Preparation of timely and accurate Consolidated monthly management accounts and Board pack
Reporting on KPI and variance analysis on monthly basis
Preparation of Consolidated Statutory Annual Report
Financial Controller responsibility for US, Thai and UAE subsidiaries including taxation
Monthly payroll analysis and reporting (Irish payroll experience desirable but not essential)
Cashflow management
Business partnering with other departments within Oneview regarding finance issues including the provision of departmental financial reports for functional leaders and providing insights on performance versus budget
Keep up to date with technical developments and ensure full compliance with requirements under IFRS
Review work of and work with members of the finance team
External auditor liaison
Enhancing controls and systems, and developing new processes and controls to support the fast-growing global business
Implementation of new financial accounting system
Managing and mentoring junior finance team members and liaison with Finance staff in our Australian office
Ad hoc project work
Requirements
Qualified accountant with 4+ years PQE with relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to clearly define problems and solutions
Advanced Excel experience (pivots, macros, vlookups)
Must be able to work on own initiative and work as a strong team player to tight deadlines
Be entrepreneurially minded, dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prepare reports to Board quality
Experience of a multi-currency reporting environment
Working across multiple functions within the business and being able to manage several tasks and prioritise workload as appropriate
Experience of managing, coaching and mentoring team members
