The Role

We are looking for someone with 5-10 years’ experience in either strategy, market research & insights or branding/communication.

The main function of the role is to work alongside our Senior Advisory Leads and Associates to deliver high quality reputation focused analysis, insights, and guidance. In this role, the Senior Manager will be advising executives for the world’s largest companies with The RepTrak Company gold standard of reputation measurement, utilizing RepTrak®, as the basis for performance benchmarks and strategic recommendations.

The ideal candidate has both strong communication and analytic skills, an expert communicator and client delivery leader, adept at working in small teams of talented associates.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • The main function of the role is to work alongside our Senior Advisory Leads to deliver high quality Reputation-focused guidance. Specifically.

    • Client delivery and revenue growth from existing clients
    • Act as the lead on a portfolio of Clients, and work alongside Senior Advisory Leads on a number of our larger clients.
    • Creating and developing client facing content before, during and after Client deliveries and workshops
    • Guiding our clients in the areas of Reputation, Corporate Communications efficacy, ESG, Stakeholder profiling and prioritization
    • Develop and utilize industry expertise.
    • Analysing our market leading database of Company Reputation to identify patterns, themes and trends that can influence our analysis, insight and thought leadership
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing clients and working with Senior Advisory Leads and Strategic Account Managers to position additional services to meet identified client needs.

  • Growing long-term client relationships based on client satisfaction that renew/upsell consistently.

  • Knowing our clients best by contributing to our ongoing drive for knowledge about our client’s businesses, markets, and industries

Professional Qualifications Required

  • 5-10 years’ experience within strategy, market research & insights or branding/communication is preferred.

  • Proven expertise in turning data into an insightful story.

  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, prioritizing and hitting deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication with internal/external clients using logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience developing strong relationships with clients.

  • Advanced critical thinking, analysis, writing, and communication skills are required.

  • Excellent numeracy skills.

  • The ability to work with PowerPoint and Excel is required.

  • Experience in using web and cloud-based platforms is desired.

  • Ability to leverage approved company AI tools.

  • Results oriented mindset and a desire to exceed expectations.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field is desired.

Work Location

This position is fully remote. Ideal candidates are located within Australia and able to work APAC based hours.

All candidates must have their primary residence in a country where RepTrak has an entity and is actively hiring (Canada, Brazil, United States, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Australia). Any US based candidates are ideally located in one of RepTrak's core operating states (MA, CT, PA, NY, IL, GA, NH, or CA).

Some travel may be required.
