Matthew Lh Brown

Matthew LH Brown is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in driving performance and managing large teams across the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at US Foods since June 2017, Matthew leads the largest distribution center with over 500 employees and a facility covering 750,000 square feet. Prior to this role, Matthew served as Regional Operations Director at Fritolay, managing strategic operations across nine zones and overseeing 275 employees and extensive transportation assets. Experience at PepsiCo includes significant leadership roles, culminating in the position of Manufacturing Director, where Matthew focused on performance turnaround and safety culture at the Aberdeen plant. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Master of Business Administration in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
