Cyrille Mazal

Cyrille Mazal has extensive work experience in supply chain and customer service roles. From 2019 to the present, they have served as the Supply Chain and Customer Service Director at vente-unique.com, where they manage a team of over 120 employees in three countries and has been recognized as having the best customer service in France. Cyrille is also responsible for Vente-unique Delivery, a furniture home delivery service subsidiary that serves over 3000 customers each month with a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of over 85.

Prior to their current role, from 2012 to 2019, Cyrille held various supply chain director positions at CNH Industrial. Cyrille was responsible for parts supply chain management in the EMEA region and oversaw parts warehouses and distribution operations. Cyrille also served as the After Sales depot support manager and was involved in business development and project management.

Before joining CNH Industrial, Cyrille worked at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. from 2002 to 2012. Cyrille held roles as a business development manager, solutions project manager, logistics center manager, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In these positions, they were responsible for sales development, client relationship management, P&L management, and operational improvements.

Earlier in their career, Cyrille worked as a warehouse operations manager at Arvato Services and Caterpillar Inc. Cyrille also gained experience as a sales representative at Emerson Electric, Leroy Somer Branch, where they focused on the Saudi Arabian market.

Cyrille Mazal obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, from the years 1992 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Caterpillar Inc. in November 2002.
